It doesn't show up for anonymous users.
Actually, I don't see the IP address under the poster's information for normal users either - and I'm looking at _this_ forum at www.jforum.net.

I'm using the latest version of JForum.
As admin on my own forums I see:

I have a feeling I'm just not seeing it... any pointers for this blind bat would be appreciated :-)

Most interesting, I've played with a few options and now I'm seeing the IP address!

I enabled 'requires user to authenticate email' and disallowed anonymous postings. Maybe the first change is required for the IP address to be displayed?

Thanks.

Hello,

I can see the IP addresses of all of the currently connected users, but I can't tell what IP address was used to post an anonymous message. Is there a way to do that?

Thanks.

The IP of the poster appears under the poster's information on the left side of each message.

But anonymous users don't register or enter emails .... did you change any other settings?
