Alowing only registered users to post

Check values for "allow anonymous posting" in the Admin Console.

Do a search on the forums, this has been discussed and detailed several times before.

Where I can find the option to only alow registered users to post something? I�ve searched in all settings but I couldn't find the right one. Anyone can help me?

Gator, I think i�ve read all the posts about this subject, but not seems to work. Please help me!!! I�ve changed the permissions in the group, but doesn�t work, i�ve tried many combinations of restricted foruns, anonymous post e categories, but nothing has changed. Please, please! I noticed that you always answer questions about this subject.

Mandy,

Go to your Admin Console, then click on "Groups," then on the "Permissions" in the Security column next to the General group. I'm assuming that you have not specified a different "default" group for new users to belong to.

Under "Anonymous Posts / Deny anonymous posts," select the forums you DO NOT want to have anonymous posts on. Use the "CTRL + Select" to select more than one.

NOTE: Selecting "Allow All" in this section will ALLOW anonymous posting.

Then click on the "Save" button at the bottom of the screen.

That should do it!
