attach files exception, and set attach file size limit exception

hello,when i?attach files and send the topic it says

java.lang.NullPointerException
net.jforum.JForumExecutionContext.enableRollback(JForumExecutionContext.java:272)

i dont know why


and another question is when i set file size limit in adminPanel--->attachments--->size limit

then the error message below appear
