The documentation says that you can disable BB code for a forum, but I cannot find this configuration option in the Admin control panel options.
Is it possible to disable BB code (or specific BB code tags)?

Hm.. where exactly in the doc says that it's possible to disable bb code for a specific forum?

If you want to disable - or add - bbcodes, just edit the file WEB-INF/config/bb_config.xml

If you edit the file while the forum is running, you have to reload it: Admin Panel -> Cache -> BB Tags -> Reload
