Where is user_timezone, user_dateformat setable in the UI?

jforum 2.1.7:

user_timezone and user_dateformat are columns in the jforum_users table, but I don't see any UI so users can specify those values.

Is this a future feature, or have I overlooked how users can set these fields via a web browser?

Not working - I mean, not developed.

There are plans to support it, of course.
