I'm choosing bulletin board software and I like the look of JForum. But one requirement is Level 1 compliance with the WAI-WCAG guidelines. How compliant is JForum? Are there any plans to make it fully compliant? How easy would it be for an experienced developer to remove any non-compliances?

I ran a page on this forum through the Cynthia Says checker and it said

Rule: 1.1.6 - All IFRAME elements are required to contain element content.
Failure - IFRAME Element at Line: 967, Column: 1

and lots of these

Warning - IMG Element found at Line: 891, Column: 125 contains the 'alt' attribute with an empty value. Please verify that this image is only used for spacing or design and has no meaning.

Appreciate any advice here.

It is easy to fix those warnings, as all html contents are available in the directory "templates/default".

I'm also interested in learning if there are any plans to make the basic functionality fully compliant.
