How to post local picture in Jforum?

I want to post local picture, for example myself photo. The picture can be shown directly in post. If jforum supported it, let me know how, thanks very much.

Click on the "My Profile" link at the top, then scroll to the bottom of your User Information page. You can select an image to upload by clicking on the "Browse" button in the area where it says "Avatar".

You can click on the "Attach Files" button to attach an image and JForum will show a "preview" of the image.

Otherwise you would have to have the image hosted somewhere on the Internet, and use an tag to embed it into your message.

Another, I found I couldn't attach file whose size is more than 100K. I had config attachment size limit to 1M.

The solution that's been going around is to create a folder called "tmp" in the JForum directory, and give it both read and write permissions. That should allow you to attach very large files.
