Bugs in postgresql_db_struct.sql version 2.1.7

In this archive don't have two tables, so I add theses two tables in my file. Here:

I just didn't add the INDEX, but if you add some index I'll see another time in cvs for I can add here too.

These tables won't be part of JForum 2.1.7

Why you added them? There was some code failing?

Yes, I was having problem to use jforum, it was not finding jforum_mail_integration. I think(I'm not with the jforum here right now) the problem was editing the forums or categories.

So I looked at mysql_db_struct to see if has this table, so I found theses two tables was not in my postgre, so I added theses two.
