I saw that the problem is just happening with firefox, ie it's okay.

Sometimes when I try to access the administration panel shows only the two same menus as you can see in the image.
Do you have any idea what can be?

It depends the way the nagivation is done. Usually a refresh on the entire admin will fix the problem.
