Has anyone had any experience of migrating JForum data from HSQLDB to MySQL?

We set up our forum in a hurry some time ago, and HSQLDB was the quickest option, but now we want to move the data into our MySQL database (as well as integrate it into out web app via SSO).

Is it just a matter of dumping the HSQLDB table contents and inserting them into the corresponding MySQL ones? If anyone had advice I would be very grateful.
