New message since my last visit, New topic icon

I have integrated jforum with app.

There, New message since my last visit always empty even there are new post after that user have logged off.


And also there is no new topic icon. (looks as read)

You last visited on: time doesn't change.

All seems to me there is some problem in session.
But other things work well.

Can anyone tell me where the problem is and which part of code to check?

Is the ForumSessionListener registered in web.xml?
