Hi I finally got JForum installed but not as desired.

I want my url to be:
http://www.mycompany.com/support/forums/

It seems I can't get that to work. I can get this to work which is ok...
http://www.mycompany.com/forums/

however, when I visit that URL, the URL redirects to this url which lists the forums available:
http://www.mycompany.com/forums/forums/list.page

which looks silly imho (nested 'forums').
If I visit one of my forums, it changes to:
http://www.mycompany.com/forums/forums/show/2.page

still looks silly (nested 'forums').

Finally, if I click on that topic I get a reasonable URL:
http://www.mycompany.com/forums/posts/list/2.page

Config thoughts?

suppoort/forums can be achieved in Apache, or by settings in your application server. Do you use Tomcat?

what is forum.link set to in your SystemGlobals.properties file?

hhm.. in the current version of JForum, we don't recommend URLs like "/support/forum", because the way the URLs are built currently.

We have to improve it, for sure.
