FormatDate and MySQL

Developers, I was running the tests in another database and some of then that involves Date, but this ones didn't pass in the tests because MySQL don't save the miliseconds like HSQLDB, so I change the tests to a new SimpleDateFormat rather directly a Date.

hhm.. this seems odd, but ok.. I'll check the cvs code when I get some time, and then we come back to this.
