problem on upgrading hsqldb 2.1.6->2.1.7

hi,
i think i need a bit help - i have running a forum 2.1.6 with the hsqldb as database...
in the documentation i found, what to do with an mysql database running and that i have to run a script against hsqldb two...

can anyone tell me how to do this?
