Put Admin in General

I created a forum, but I did not allow Admin access, so I could not modify the forum.
So, ops: I got the idea to make Admin a member of General. Now I can not access the Admin panel when logged in as Admin.

Is there any way to undo this -- easily?

I am using hsqldb.

Fix the permissions at Admin Panel -> Groups -> Permissions

The problem is that now Admin is a member of group general, so when I log in as Admin, I cannot view the Admin Panel. Any suggestions?

you need to drop down to a db utility. Here is how to do it in MySQL:

mysql
use <your table>
update jforum_user_groups set group_id=2 where user_id=2
quit
