problemms with attachments

I have established the attachments configurations as following:
1-. A fixes quota established of size of the attchments.
2-. Extensions not allowed in the attachments.
when attempt to attach a file that it does not fulfill some of the configuration
restrictions, a blank page appears in target and no longer it can continue in the forum.

i appreciate if somebody can help me, is important and urgent.

Can you please provide the JForum version and details on your infrastructure (i.e. which app server, DB, etc.)?
