How to imbed JForum into a page and get height to be 100%

I'm trying to imbed my JForum site into a Confluence page and am having difficulty getting the height of the page to dynamically change to fit the size of the JForum page. I wouldn't have asked this question here--not exactly a JForum issue--but noticed that this is being done with this forum on jforum.net.

Does anyone know how this can be done?
