Virus scan of uploaded files?

As anyone implemented an "in flight" virus scan of files being uploaded? What did you use? How did you tie it in?

Well, files are stored on disk. Why dont you just scan those?

That's the current plan. Even with relatively frequent scanning, though, there could be bad files uploaded by one party and then downloaded by another, before we get them scanned. So, we'll do the best we can, and warn the users to download files at their own risk.
