Dear Forum members:

I have just installed this application for testing.
However, I do not find anything in the log file although I did configure log4j.xml to write to a suitable file:
"
<appender name="jforum.log" class="org.apache.log4j.RollingFileAppender">
<param name="MaxFileSize" value="1024KB"/>
<param name="MaxBackupIndex" value="4"/>
<param name="File" value="./log/jforum.log"/>
<layout class="org.apache.log4j.PatternLayout">
<param name="ConversionPattern" value="%d %-5p [%-c{1}] - %m%n"/>
</layout>
</appender>
"

In addition, the console log WARNS:
"
log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (com.mchange.v2.log.MLog)
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.
"

What configuration is needed to make logging fully functional ?
