Some question about settings

Good morning,
i have some question about karma.
I'm a developer and i have modified some little things in the code, to use in the company in which i work.
I would know if possible if jforum has this functionality:

1 - An administrator could change the karma of the users?
2 - Which functionality are activated, and if possible in which way, when the karma increase?
