How to host my forum???

hi,

i dont have much knowledge about webhosting plans. i want to use a free one..
so i got myself a host account at bizhat something like
myforum.bizhat.com

till now i was using Jboss and everything is working fine.
now the problem is how to install the forum on their server..

any help??

Bizhat seems to support php and not any Java based servlet engines. You probably can't use jforum there.
