This is basically a catch up release that rolls all the fixes contained in the "update" jar into a formal release that include a source distribution as well. So, if you've already copied the "update" jar into your installation, you don't really need this.

Plus I've made a copy of JForum 2.1.6 available here and the "PatchA" file that contains some JForum 2.1.6 fixes that I found testing / integrating JForum 2.1.6 into my application.
