I have some problems with encoding

I use jforum with thai language . Jforum use defaul use encoding UTF-8. It's does not work for my jforum. When massage display it's display "???". I want to know, What file can I change encoding UTF-8 to TIS-620.

Whenever I see '???' displayed in my browser, my first thought is that I am missing a font. However, I assume that you are Thai, and that you have Thai fonts installed on your machine. As for changing the encoding, the installation page identifies properties related to this setting.

I mentioned the same issue already. According to monroe it may be that for some tables there might have been the "unicode" statement missing, so that informations are being written with the wrong database encoding...

On the "topics" page it is shown and derived correctly. this only affects the "posts" informations ... (details view of a topic with all posts)..
