JForum 2.1.7 deployed to clustered web servers?

Dear JForum Team,

Can we deploy JForum 2.1.7 into a clustered multiple mid-tier server environment by just changing "cache.engine.implementation" to "net.jforum.cache.JBossCacheEngine"? If not, can you please advise on what else need to be done to make this work?

In theory, yes, but that never was really tested in production.
