Is there an Option for Delete Account?Im not sure, But anyway Im thinking that people sometime's after they get help they dont need the topic,So if people were able to delete/lock there OWN topic only,But if an Moderator/Administrative lock's it they cant Un-Lock,Like Moderators to lock there option to Unlock a topic that has been locked by a moderator/administrative

You can only lock an account, at Admin Panel -> Users

This is still considered to be an admin/moderator function, so isn't available for regular forum users.

FWIW, one of the big issues of deleting topics/replies is that there can be a fair amount of database references to that topic. This can cause a lot of context specific decisions that need to be made... e.g., if I delete a root topic, should all the replies to that topic be deleted? Sometimes this might be yes, sometimes this might be no.

But remember, a user can edit all of the topic, including subject. So, if someone says something they reconsider, they can alway remove what they said.
