testing mail gives me ajax error

Hi,
When I test the e-mail config in the admin panel, i get the following:


"Ajax interface not working properly". I went to: http://www.jforum.net/confluence/display/configuration/ajax

This url is a broken link. can someone point me in the right direction to fix this.
