Hi

I am using JForum 2.1.7b3 on JBoss AS 4.2.1GA. I get the following error (sometimes). For example, I just got the error now when I tried to create a new post (it still lets me create the post).

It has something to do with logging. Perhaps JBoss has already loaded the same logging jar that JForum is trying to load?

Please advise. Thanks.

Remove the commons-logging.jar file from JForum's WEB-INF/lib

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
