Have you logged on and checked the "remember me" box? This causes a persistent cookie to be add to the browser that autologs in users.

So restarting the app server will not have any effect on this. I believe this feature can be turned off in the config files.

I found when i type link http://myip.com/jforum/ into IE of firefox address bar, sometimes I notice other user's name had been already shown in the first page. meantime i clicked loggoff, not any response.
such this are not occurred more frequent.

so i am very strange to see that.
I set tomcat session time: 3mins.
jforum session time: 3mins.
but it is useless.

i can not decide this is a bug or not.
Maybe someone had already a good solution for this to avoid occurred again.
it would be great appreciate if you join this discussion.
Thanks!

Plato

With a little knowledge, a cast iron skillet is non-stick and lasts a lifetime.
