A bug in the Group Permissions

Login as admin and create a new category e.g., Category name = "fun"; Moderate this Category = "yes"; Choose the groups you want to allow the access to this new Category = "General" and then click on update and no "fun" category is displayed under the Category listing. However, when i log out and login under a non-admin user, the "fun" category is there. It seems like a bug to me.

Did you also give the "Admin" group permissions to the new category too? If not, people in the admin group won't see it.
