I'm not an expert , but hacking the wordpress tags javascript code, I noticed they did different behavior for some tags.
The main JForum engine do the same for any tag, just the freemarker template is different.
Something in Wordpress that is really cool is to post new URL: if you select some text and click on "URL", the engine will pop an javascript alert asking for the URL. You type, hit enter and that's it.
If I wasn't clear enough please download and install a local version to understand.
I would like to code the
same behavior to jforum, that's why I am asking, so if you guys are planning to change your engine my work will be worthless.
