We moved some days ago to Google Code, at http://jforum.googlecode.com/. Also, there is an FishEye instance at http://fisheye2.cenqua.com/browse/jforum

The "How to help" page still points to CVS and Java.net. Are users allowed to edit the wiki or is it only for the developers ?

yeah, need to update there. 'Will do that after some other architectural decisions are done - so far there are plenty of stuff that I'm not sure yet how will be built, so I don't want to write doc that will change two hours later.
