in installation panel I'm setting path to JForum like this:
http://localhost:8080/forum/
, but when installation is finished - url to JForum is
http://localhost:8080/jforum/
I do smth wrong?

check your configuration
\WEB-INF\config\jforum-custom.conf
Maybe
SystemGlobals.properties
entry is responsible on installation time.
Change
forum.link
to point to "...8080/forum/"
