how to set the recent topics by post time?

Of coz, the recent topic are showed by post time!
But if i post text and "set topic as" Sticky or Announce, the topic will always at the the top of recent topics.Even if the others newer topic post, the "Sticky" or "Announce" alaways on top.

At last, i add
in the sql TopicModel.selectRecentTopicsByLimit
and it work.

i surf some forum made by jforum not having this situation. Their "recent topics" sort just by post time. Include this forum .

i use jforum 2.18 and oracle.
