Feature Request: Google Reader-like Tags

Users should be able to associate one or more tags with a given topic. Tags would then be available either as a RSS feed or query criteria.

The basic inspiration comes from the google reader interface. As you type a new tag, the system would present a list of already existing tags, in order to promote tag reuse across topics and users.
