Where is the display of Time/date coming from?

Hi all,

Testing Jforums for possible deployment and have one last hurdle. We are currently getting dates in the form of: 12/05/2008 17:12:20 (dd/mm/yyyy). User has requested dates in the format of mm/dd/yyyy. Where is this value set?

Serving this from within Confluence, which uses Tomcat.

Chage it in the file WEB-INF/config/SystemGlobals.properties (or jforum-custom.conf), in the key "dateTime.format"
