I am installing jforum on oracle database using a datasource based connection and i selected oracle in the installation wizard

some exceptions occured and when i opened the logs i found




I am using oracle, so why there is net.jforum.dao.mysql.MysqlDataAccessDriver in the trace ?

What driver for Oracle did you use ?

i used the same oaracle driver jar file in the lib folder

for oracle driver class i used

oracle.jdbc.OracleDriver

and also i tried this

oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver

i am using jforum version 2.1.8

Try the manual installation, and see if it works.
