Hey all,

I'm currently using SSO in JForum, and I had set the 'General' user group to disallow anonymous posting. I noticed that if a user had not logged in and tried to start a post or reply to a thread, JForum will prompt the user for a username and password.

Problem is... I'm using SSO! JForum shouldn't even attempt to find a user using the native login system. How do I configure it so that it merely throws an error if the user tries to perform any actions that requires login while not logged in? (if that's even possible?)

Thanks for any help!
Jay

Tell us which SSO implementation you are using.

Why don't you use the redirect to the "main" login page of your application?

(sso.redirect property in the SystemGlobals.property)

Sorry for the late reply, and thanks for your swift ones

Yeah I scrutinized the docs a bit more and saw the redirect property, that did the trick.

Great job on the forum software btw!
