Cached Link & File Idea

You can make cached link and files.
Or checking for broken links on jforum.
If you do that , the most bad problem on forums is , people cant enter links years later.
Its idea for your forum and its not hard to do it.

The administrator can decide how much long file capacity he is allowing etc.

and sending cached data to antivirus check maybe if AV avalible on server....
