how can i modify those button name

i have modify the file "zh_CN.PROPERTIES", set "PostForm.AddAnotherFile" to another value, example: PostForm.AddAnotherFile = upload, and compile this file in DOS.
but the button name still is "Attachments", why? how can i do?

Edit the post_form.htm under the template you are using

<ul>
       <li target="postOptions" class="current"><a   rel="nofollow">Options</span></a></li>

the button names are in English replace them with a bundle key, you will need to add the key to the resource bundle
