Hi all,

We have a small site and would love to add JForum to our website.

I have a few questions.

Currently we maintain the users in a database and want to have only one login.

I read thru your SSO options but still not clear. It seems simple we just write a cookie with user/pass out. Am I missing something?

Cookie cookie = new Cookie("JforumSSO", user.getUsername());
cookie.setMaxAge(-1) // session cookie, or set to positive number.
response.addCookie( cookie );

I have two questions:

1. how do I link jforum to one of the menu options?? Do we just redirect to a http: where the tomcat server is hosting jforum?

2. If we create the user when a new user is create on our site. How do we write into Jforums tables?

I tested with this
and took the HSQLDB option and it runs great.

Any examples full would really help.
