Summary Emails

I know this has been discussed before and I see the summary emails option (config in the properties file). But, what my question is: I want to be able to customize the summary email that is being sent out to the customers, with the forum name and the topics below (and customer should b able to choose which forums the customer wants to receive summary emails for).

I can donate a few hundred dollars to JForum if this feature can be implemented ASAP.
