How to align image at the bottom right hand side

private RelativeLayout mBackLayout;
RelativeLayout.LayoutParams params = new RelativeLayout.LayoutParams(LayoutParams.WRAP_CONTENT, LayoutParams.WRAP_CONTENT);
				params.addRule(RelativeLayout.CENTER_VERTICAL, mBackLayout.getId());
				
				params.addRule(RelativeLayout.ALIGN_PARENT_RIGHT, mBackLayout.getId());
				params.addRule(RelativeLayout.ALIGN_PARENT_BOTTOM,mBackLayout.getId());
				
				ImageView imgview = new ImageView(mContext);
				imgview.setBackgroundDrawable(Utils.getBitmapDrawable(R.drawable.mark));
                                imgview.getBackground();
				imgview.setScaleType(ScaleType.CENTER);

				mBackLayout.addView(imgview, params);

I am able to get the image only in the right hand side but not in the bottom right side.
Please anybody can help me on this to get the image at the bottom right hand side.Thanks in advance.
