Hi There!
Likely is it possible to develop an app to log in and consistently sending data to the server with the username? if so any example/suggestion?
Thank you!
As long as the app has internet permissions it is free to send whatever it wants to send. Obviously, usernames, passwords and such should be encrypted, or sent over HTTPS.
Oh i see! Great! Just wondering do you've any suggestion on how to verify with the android app to the server? Like what's required? or do you've any examples?
Thankss!
What do you mean by that - authenticate the user? Generally there'd be a way for users to register themselves, or for you to register users by some means.
You have to be more specific. What do you mean by 'lost in term of the process of how to verify like the codes.' ? You can always make a network connection and communicate to a server using any means you please. You just need the right permission.
You should read this book : Application Security for the Android Platform - O'Reilly, good book for understanding the security, permissions and other safeguards problems. This could be useful to solve your problem.
