how to save calendar data in oracle database..

Well, you probably want to convert it to a java.sql.Date first (although it's possible that newer drivers can handle Calendar values directly).

Or java.sql.Time, or java.sql.Timestamp. It depends on which parts of the Calendar should be stored - the date, the time, or both.
