Hi everybody...i'm new to java. I want to turn the following code/Class (Based on javazoom mp3 player) into a Javabean...but Netbeans
says that that the selected jar doesn't contain any javabean components. Is there somehing very wrong
with code? Any clue would be welcome. Thanks in advance. :-)

Welcome to the Ranch.

In future, while posting code, please UseCodeTags I have added them this time for you. As you can see the tags make the code much more easier to read and understand.

It's ages since I have worked with Java beans so I cannot offer you any concrete suggestion. However I think this might help http://www.coderanch.com/t/562057/vc/NetBeans-IDE-Java-Bean-Deployment

I managed to have the code accepted as a javabean by creating a BeanInfoFile, but now i get
the error "component cannot be instantiated" when i try to place the bean into a form.

And...by the way...thanks for the quick reply....
