EL funtion error

this is my tld file :

<function>
<name>randomName</function-name>
<function-class>com.portal.tag.testJava</function-class>
<function-signature>
void addRaceEvent()
</function-signature>
</function> 

my testJava.java file :

package com.portal.tag;
public class testJava {
public static void addRaceEvent(String name,String location,String date) {
System.out.println("name" + name + "location" + location + "date" +date) ;
}
}

jsp :

${cc:randomName()}

I am getting the following error :

uifw.jsp:33:1: The function "randomName" for prefix "cc" can not be found in the specified tag library.

It is not able to find the function name...can you help how I can fix this ?

Look closely. Your function declaration is wrong.

i modified java file as below :

package com.portal.tag;
public class testJava {
public static void addRaceEvent() {
System.out.println("name") ;
}
}

still i am getting the same error ? can you help ?

You need to give more information:
- post your location and
- your full tld-file
- your web.xml
- post your jsp (where you include the tld file)
