I used the enthuware mock exams and have mixed feelings about them. For $10 you get 400+ questions with explanations, and good software to emulate the exam experience. That is an incredibly good deal. On the other hand their questions are long and hard. Every time I took one of their 6 mock exams for the first time I failed. It was quite discouraging, however going through each question was a learning process and I was improving. On their last exam I got a 72% and felt the real exam could not possibly be so difficult so I decided to gamble and take it. It turns out I was right, the real exam is much easier and I passed with 96%. So if you are looking for a challenge and a great learning tool for a bargain price go ahead and get enthuware, but if you want realistic mock exams and do not want to waste time over-preparing I would recommend against.

Hi Tyson,
Congratulations! Great score and thank you very much for your feedback.
Our question sets are generally tougher that the real exam and we try to include thorough explanations for tough questions. Since this is a new certification, we haven't had much feedback on the simulator from the users yet. We will fine tune the sets as we get more feedback such as yours.
BTW, it has 500+ questions (not 400+)
HTH,
Paul.

Hi Tyson, Congratulations!

I bought the enthuware mock exams too. Did you have any questions on the real exam that are not covered by the software ?

Not really. String concatenation and for-each loops seemed to have proportionally more questions on the real exam, but they're both still covered by enthuware. In this case I think what not to study is the real question.

I'm also planning to take this exam and I'm using the K&B and Enthuware. However, I'm getting failed scores in the mock exams. It's making me feel discouraged to take the exam but those who already took the exam are saying that the actual exam is easier than in Enthuware. I hope that's true. Is it really true that most of the actual exams are flow controls and Strings? Please confirm.

Thanks a lot!
