Hi. I saw this topic
here

and we have the same objective. To Pass the parameter then my action goes to a popup instead of a page.

I've tried modifying his code but I get a problem.
It says, Attribute onClick invalid for tag link according to TLD.

This is my javascript:

My html:link

I still have not made an action path and forward for it yet. The html:link is my problem.

Please help me.
Thank you.

I'd suggest you not use an html:link tag for this. It doesn't buy you anything. Just use a regular HTML <a> tag.

Your tag would look something like this.

If your web application isn't at least Servlet version 2.4 compliant, you'll have to use a bean:write tag instead of an EL expression for the customer ID.

The attribute should be onclick...all lower case.
