for char array i am getting [C class @ some hash code.
Could any body please explain all about these classes ?

The Java™ Language Specification: 10.8. Class Objects for Arrays
.
The uppercased first letter of the type is used for arrays of primitives except for long[] and boolean[] which are represented by [J and [Z respectively.
