what is the difference between Swing and Frames

As i'am new to AWTs.can any one tel me the difference between java Frames & Swings?

Swing is a proper noun. It's not Swings. Also, the Abstract Windowing Toolkit is referred to as AWT, not AWTs.

Your question as posted doesn't make any sense. Frame is a class in the java.awt package; Swing is a later technology built on top of AWT and the Swing classes reside in the javax.swing.*... package tree.
